"Identify the mechanisms to enhance infrastructure financing and other avenues of private participation and understand bottlenecks encountered by project authorities in undertaking large infrastructure projects including social infrastructure. The workshop saw an overall participation of over 40 senior officials from the Central Ministries and the States.
